U.S. Army Col. Andrew McClelland, previously chief of the Brigade Modernization Command’s network integration division, has been named commander of the Defense Information Systems Agency‘s European field command.
DISA said Tuesday McClelland will succeed Col. Jacqueline Brown, who previously held the post for two years and transition into a new role at the Pentagon in support of the Army’s chief information officer.
A change of command ceremony took place July 8 in Stuttgart, Germany that was presided by DISA Director and Army Lt. Gen. Alan Lynn.
