FBI Director Christopher Wray, UAE VP & PM discuss bilateral security cooperation

Christopher Wray, director of the FBI, and the head of the United Arab Emirates discussed the countries’ partnership for the enforcement of security in the region and the world.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, received the FBI director and U.S. delegates for the discussion on enhanced cooperation between the federal investigative agency and its UAE counterparts, the government of Dubai said Wednesday.

The meeting that also included Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai, was intended to address the exchange of information on extremism and terrorism and the collaboration for cybersecurity.

Several other officials of the Arabian country were also present at the discussion.
