GSA Secures 15-Year Lease for DEA’s Virginia HQ

1 min read

The General Services Administration has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with CSHV Lincoln Place for the Drug Enforcement Administration headquarters facility in Arlington, Va.

DEA’s main office on Army Navy Drive can accommodate nearly 2.5K personnel and is projected to save the government more than $100 million throughout the lease period, GSA said Tuesday.

GSA Administrator Emily Murphy said the project is an example of the agency’s efforts to manage government real estate properties and provide space partner agencies need to deliver public services.

The signing of the DEA HQ lease came after a full and open bidding process.
